Advisory mission to RUEA Armenia

On 28 and 29 April, Mr. J.M. Standaert, special advisor DECP, paid a visit to the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA) as a follow-up of the seminar on OSH (Occupational Health & Safety) in November 2007.

On Monday 27 April RUEA had signed an important Agreement on Social Partnership with the government and the trade unions of Armenia: this will be the start for a new social dialogue in Armenia.

During the meetings several new activities were discussed to strengthen the development of the RUEA and to continue the cooperation on OSH.
