Setting up a membership survey

The DECP undertook a two day mission to the Cambodian Federation of Employers & Business Associations (CAMFEBA) in Phnom Penh on 12 and 13 May 2016.

The mission provided the opportunity to take forward the proposal to undertake a Membership Survey. The survey will look at the current and potential membership of CAMFEBA and will look at what action needs to be taken to enhance the organisations lobbying and advocacy activities as well as its services. The results of this survey will be presented to a CAMFEBA Board retreat to be organised in October which is receiving  both technical and financial support from the DECP.

During the course of the mission the DECP held meetings with some senior staff during which the issue of revenue generation was a major issue which needed to be addressed.
