Working on the FKE's Business Agenda and on its Membership Pack

A mission was undertaken to the FKE in the last 2 weeks of July by the country manager Andrew Moore, during which progress was made on a number of important issues.

A considerable amount of time was spent with the Head of Research and Advocacy to help put the final touches to the “FKE Business Agenda”. The main additions being to add key projected outcomes from each of the issues addressed.

During the course of the mission the continued development of the “FKE Membership Pack” was discussed in detail and a final version was expected to be printed during the course of August. This pack will provide FKE with a professional presentation of the benefits and services offered to its members.

FKE staff put into practise the DECP proposal of “Account Management”. This places together senior members of FKE staff with the larger members of FKE in order to provide greater customer care. It also provides FKE with important feedback from their members.
