Workshop for Young Entrepreneurs of Indonesia (HIPMI)

Together with the International Training Centre (ITC) of ILO, DECP held a one day (on March 18, 2008) training programme for HIPMI, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

The main focus of the training was lobby and advocacy as instruments for improvement of the business environment.

The objectives of the workshop were :

- raise awareness about the Indonesian business environment;

- teach essential techniques;

- promote a more active role of young entrepreneurs with the business associations in Indonesia.

In a short closing session, the participants underlined their satisfaction with this introductory training.
