Workshop 'Result oriented communication' held in Zambia

On May 26 & 27, 2010, DECP organised a workshop together with the Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) in Lusaka, Zambia  entitled “Result oriented communication”.  

The workshop was given by Jannes van der Velde, a Dutch communications expert.

The participants were staff members of the Zambia Federation of Employers as well as ZFE member companies. Together they practised basic communication skills like drafting a press release, making a newsletter and setting up and improving a website as well as organising a press conference.  

The workshop was highly appreciated, especially because of the practical exercises, and led to lively discussions among the participants.
