A Round Table on the promotion of private capital

From 10 to 13 September 2013, DECP-country manager for Bosnia-Herzegovina Jean-Marie Standaert visited Banja Luka and met the business’ confederation of the entity RS, the UUPRS, the Union of Employers’ Organisations of Republika Srpska. As promotion of private capital is a hot issue in RS, according to the new president of UUPRS, the visit was aimed to prepare a Round Table with main stakeholders of RS at which UUPRS will present a “white book” on private capital and develop an action plan in order to remove barriers and obstacles in the regulations of RS. The intention is to hold the RT during the month of December as the government of RS has announced a consultation during the next months on a new strategy for the development of industry in RS.
