Audit and advice to the Cámera de Industria in Cochabamba, Bolivia

DECP was asked to audit the Cámera de Industria in Cochabamba and to advise the Cámera about the further development of a new branch office in the province of The Camera was audited by a series of in depth interviews of the Cámara board and staff.

 As a consequence, a clear picture of the organisation could be obtained. The main tool for carrying out the audit was the model developed by DECP and which is summarized in the "List of Characteristics of an effective and efficient Employers’ Organisation". Interviews were also held in the province of Chapare with the representative of the branch office, the mayor of Chimore, where the branch office is situated, and with several entrepreneurs in Chapare.Chapare in the department Cochabamba.

Based on the interviews, recommendationsas well as a graphic result of the audit, were  formulated and presented to the Cámera's general manager.
