On 8 and 9 April 2010, DECP attended the first of a series of workshops organised in the framework of BOSMIP 3 for the employers’ organisations of the Western Balkan countries.
BOSMIP 3 is an initiative of BUSINESSEUROPE and funded by EuropeAid. This first meeting was organised by the Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Macedonia (CERM) in Ohrid. The subject of the workshop was dedicated to occupational safety and health; presentations were given by representatives of DI (Dansk Industry) and ETTK (Estonian Employers’ Confederation).
DECP, represented by special advisor J.M. Standaert, participated in the Q & A-session and could animate the discussion on the role of the employers’ organisations in lobbying on OSH.
