Workshop training APINDO secretariat

Together with ITC-ILO and with the cooperation of ILO Jakarta, Jan Karel Bout from DECP trained the Central Staff of the Indonesian Employers organisation APINDO in Jakarta.  

The training –held from 8 till 11 February 2010-  was meant to improve the skills of the APINDO secretariat in advocacy, communication with members, services to members and the functioning of the secretariat itself. The training is part of a program to strengthen APINDO’s role in promoting the private sector of the Indonesian economy.  

Later in the year APINDO’s regional organisations will participate in similar trainings, with the objective to improve the ties between central APINDO and its regions and to strengthen the efficiency of the regional organisations.
