ZFE Board retreat

Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) are looking for the launch of a new business charter prior to the general elections later this year. The business charter should hold items that in general improve the economic environment in Zambia improving both the business environment and society in general.  

Designing and launching a new charter was one of the major action points taken from a board retreat in February 2016 organised by ZFE with the assistance of DECP.

The ZFE board looked in-depth into the strengths and weaknesses of the federation and will follow up their analysis with a new growth strategy.
