ZFE works on new strategy and business agenda

Board and staff of the Zambia Federation of Employers worked during two days in July on the building blocks for a new business agenda, a new strategic plan and development of ZFE’s service portfolio. Lead by ZFE’s new chairman Wesley Chishimba from First Quantum Minerals Kansanshi Mine and facilitated by DECP’s Andrew Moore and Jannes van der Velde board and staff made huge progress in the thinking about ZFE’s future. The Zambian business community currently faces a lot of business unfriendly policy from Edgar Lungu’s new government.
